In my experimenting with spells, I have found that at certain times the energies around us are much stronger for certain kinds of spells here are those times be it Seasonal, Moon Phase, Daily or Time of day. Also there is the concept of Color and Elemental.

Seasonal:

Winter: Banishment's; Past lives; Meditation; Knowledge.

Waxing Moon: Constructive Magick; Love ,Wealth; Courage; Luck. (between new and full moon)
